Exhibition and Event Courier Services

Exhibition logistics is a timing problem more than a transport one. Venues issue timed loading slots, and a vehicle that misses its window may not get another one that day — by which time the show has opened without your stand.

We plan exhibition work backwards from the slot, not forwards from the collection, and run it on a dedicated vehicle so nothing depends on another customer’s consignment being ready.

Build-up, show, breakdown

The build-up window is the hard constraint: miss it and you are not setting up. The breakdown window is nearly as tight, because venues charge for overstaying and the next show is already loading in.

We handle both ends, including collecting a stand at the close of a show and returning it to store, so the same vehicle and the same company covers the whole cycle.
