Nottingham is on our own corridor. The M1 runs from our base in Northamptonshire straight up to Junctions 24, 25 and 26, which is why East Midlands chilled work is some of the most straightforward we do — and why a same-day refrigerated run in either direction is realistic rather than optimistic.

The job goes on one dedicated vehicle with one driver, loaded once and driven direct. There is no depot in the middle, so there is no point where the consignment leaves the controlled environment.

On the M1 corridor

Nottingham is served by M1 Junctions 24, 25 and 26, with the A52 and A453 feeding in from either side and East Midlands Airport a few minutes down the motorway at Junction 23A. For temperature-controlled work that matters: it means a collection can be reached quickly and a delivery can leave in almost any direction without crossing a city.

What temperature ranges can you carry?

We carry chilled and ambient-controlled consignments on dedicated vehicles. Tell us what the consignment needs to stay within and we will confirm before booking whether we can hold it for the whole journey — rather than accepting the job and hoping. If it needs deep-frozen carriage we will say so rather than take the booking.

Do you cover the wider East Midlands?

Yes — Derby, Leicester, Loughborough, Mansfield and Newark, and across to Lincoln and Grantham. The M1 and A52 make most of the region a short run, and a dedicated vehicle is not tied to a postcode round.

Can you provide temperature records for the journey?

Every vehicle is GPS-tracked, so you get location and timing throughout and proof of delivery on arrival. If your consignment needs a temperature record as well, tell us when you book and we will confirm what we can provide for that job.

How fast can you get to a Nottingham collection?

Nottingham is on the M1 corridor from our Northamptonshire base, so it is one of the quicker runs we make. We will give you a realistic arrival time when you book rather than a headline figure — it depends on where in the city the collection is and what the load needs.
