A chilled consignment that sits in stationary traffic on the North Circular, then waits on a shared bay while a multi-drop round is re-sorted, has spent hours in exactly the conditions it was booked to avoid.

We run London chilled work as a dedicated job: one vehicle, one driver, loaded once and driven direct. No hub, no sortation, and no other customer’s drops between your collection and your delivery.

The Ultra Low Emission Zone now covers every London borough, and the Congestion Charge applies in the centre. Both are our problem, not yours: vehicles dispatched into London are compliant, and any charge is accounted for in the price we quote rather than appearing afterwards.

How the vehicle is sourced

Temperature-controlled capacity comes from vetted carriers in our network, chosen for the consignment and dispatched by us. Whoever drives it, one company plans the job, holds the booking and answers for it through to proof of delivery — you deal with the same office throughout.

Which parts of London do you cover for temperature-controlled work?

All of Greater London. Most of our chilled work runs through the west — Park Royal, Perivale, Greenford, Southall, Acton and Hayes — but we collect and deliver across the capital, including central London.

What temperature ranges can you carry?

We carry chilled and ambient-controlled consignments on dedicated vehicles. Tell us what the consignment needs to stay within and we will confirm before booking whether we can hold it for the whole journey — rather than accepting the job and hoping. If it needs deep-frozen carriage we will say so rather than take the booking.

Are your vehicles ULEZ compliant?

Yes. The Ultra Low Emission Zone covers every London borough, so vehicles dispatched into London are compliant as standard. Where the Congestion Charge applies it is included in the price we quote you, not added later.

Can you provide temperature records for the journey?

Every vehicle is GPS-tracked, so you get location and timing throughout and proof of delivery on arrival. If your consignment needs a temperature record as well, tell us when you book and we will confirm what we can provide for that job.

Can you collect in London and deliver outside it the same day?

Yes — that is the majority of what we do. A dedicated vehicle runs the job door to door, so a chilled collection in west London can be delivered into the Midlands, the South West or the North the same day, with no transfer in between. We are based on the A45 between the M1 and the A14, which puts most of England and Wales within a same-day run.
