What Our Customer Needed
A big customer of ours had a palletised delivery to be made which was trusted through a competitor. The urgent delivery stretched many miles throughout the UK and needed to be completed promptly. Evening struck and once the competitor reached the delivery point, they were unable to unload the goods off the vehicle leaving the customer very frustrated.
Our Solution
With no one at hand, the customer contacted us immediately for their urgent transport requirement. The operations team were committed in the later hours of the evening to find a replacement for the following morning. Through precise communication between the team and the customer a driver was then appointed ready to complete incomplete delivery which then ran successfully.
Successful Outside
Through a complicated operation, our exceptional driver was able to complete the delivery quickly and efficiently. The delivery point received the goods, and the customer was very pleased with the terrific service that we supplied.
