With January 2021 already coming to an end, yet so many changes still up in the air; we wanted to reassure our customers that we are fully operational and here to assist.
Brexit –
With several new changes in place for transporting goods to or from Europe, we want to take this opportunity to remind you that, although there are issues and delays with customs and the guidelines in place throughout Europe, we can assist every step of the way, to get your goods delivered as quickly as possible.
Delivery times are all estimated at present, due to delays, however we will continue to keep you updated at all times.
If you are unsure of the customs guidelines and what you need to declare, speak to a member of staff; who can take you through all the paperwork and ask you for any further details we may require.
Please ensure all the relevant documents are filled out accurately, to avoid any further delays.
COVID – 19 –
Rest assured, we are continuing to follow the advice of the Department of Health and Public Health England in order to comply with the safety measures. We are already and will continue to prioritise the health and safety of all our office staff, drivers and clients. We would like to inform you of a number of measures that are in place:
- All meetings and Office visits have been suspended, only holding meetings virtually for the foreseeable future.
- Majority of our Office staff are working remotely, to ensure everyone’s safety; with a select few operating at our office.
- All drivers have been issued with face coverings, gloves and have access to hand sanitiser.
Please remember Lockdown 3.0 is still in place, with no indication of when it will be uplifted. Ensuring the safety of our employees and customers is extremely important for us – if you are concerned and wish for us to take further steps, whilst completing your delivery, please do not hesitate to ask.
