Their customer had requested for a return load in order to restore the roll cages that had been used for delivery. This way, they can reutilize each one and reduce the unnecessary costs and hassle involved to replace them.
Our customer has now requested for this which our operations team started working on immediately in order to not only meet their requests, but ensure we go the extra mile for their much-valued custom.
Our Solution
Once contact was made by the customer to action this request, our team had to fulfil their needs to a great extent. The team had to swiftly liaise with our first-class driver who regularly carries out this specific job along with other tasks to ensure the return load runs successfully.
With all in place for operational excellence, the request was ready to be put in place for the next day with no extra costs involved for our customers.
Successful Outcome
From the next day onwards, the return load was completed successfully each time and the original customer was able to reutilize the roll cages much more continently at no extra cost. Each party was impressed with the immediate amendments and the customer had a much more sufficient process for the same price.
