With various daily multi-drop routes and runs throughout the UK, our customer has multiple options for their urgent transport requirements. Our agreed vehicle coverage ran smoothly and successfully with multiple vehicles transporting the consignments very swiftly to the delivery points allocated, ready to repeat the process the following day.
Our customer urgently contacted us shortly after as two of their vehicles had broken down while in the process of completing their deliveries.
Our Solution
With time very scarce, the team at The Logistics Expert Group had to search for immediate replacements for these important deliveries. With many drivers already occupied, options were few and far between. These Jobs were set at a high priority with many of the team focused on sourcing the replacement driver. After a challenging operation, our drivers were allocated to the job and the delivery process was once again underway.
